Transformation does not happen through insight alone; it happens through integration. Many people leave workshops, books, or inspirational spaces with powerful realizations, yet feel unsure how to translate those truths into everyday life. Janet's work bridges that gap.

Her role is not to tell you who to become, but to walk beside you as you reconnect with what you already know, and learn how to live from that place with clarity, consistency and grounded action.

The work is practical, relational and deeply human. Awareness is only the beginning. Support is what allows change to last.

Her depths as a mentor were forged through live experience.

From childhood trauma to chronic illness, unexpected divorce and repeated seasons of rebuilding — often all at once — she learned firsthand how quickly life can destabilize identity, confidence, and direction.

Rather than remaining in survival, Janet chose to learn from these experiences. Over time, she became highly practiced in recognizing the patterns, beliefs, and internal dynamics that either keep people stuck or allow them to move forward with resilience and self-trust.

Today, she teaches others how to cultivate mindsets and relational patterns that support healing, leadership, and sustainable change.

More about Janet: Your Questions Answered

I am an intuitive educator, speaker, mentor, business owner, and mother.

I am the CEO of Hearts and Minds Learning Center and co-host of the Heartful Beings Podcast. I’m known for my grounded presence, my ability to name what others feel but can’t articulate, and my deep commitment to helping people reconnect with their worth and inner authority.

I care deeply about humanity — including you.

-Janet Uribe Alexander

I think I started like most teachers, influencers and old wise men... those in and out of my circle frequently came to me for advice. I had various moments of ups and downs which I overcame, and always served as growth and learning. My friends and family are often shocked at how quickly I move through adversity, and the key is knowing it has purpose.

However, there were seasons that brought me to my knees.

After years of navigating serious health challenges, including autoimmune conditions, hormonal disorders, neurological symptoms, miscarriages, and medication side effects that impacted my ability to walk and speak, I felt broken and dependent.

That period was followed by significant relational losses, business challenges, and an unexpected divorce that left me in deep shock. The combination of physical illness and emotional trauma created a sense of isolation, low self-worth, and disconnection from myself — even as a mother.

Eventually, I realized that the identity of “victim” no longer fit.

Through mentorship, inner work, and radical honesty, I reclaimed my health, my clarity, and my sense of self. Many of the conditions I had lived with for over 20 years resolved completely. More importantly, I remembered who I was beneath the pain.

These experiences now inform my work — not as theory, but as embodied truth.

My purpose is to share universal principles that restore people to love, empowerment, confidence, and perspective.

We are all living within the same laws — relational, neurological, and universal — whether we understand them or not. When we learn to work with these laws instead of against them, life becomes more coherent and compassionate.

I carry strong maternal energy. Nourishing myself allows me to nourish others. Teaching, sharing, and guiding are natural extensions of who I am.

I believe deeply in loving both the villain and the saint — because both live within us. When we learn to meet our experiences with truth instead of judgment, growth becomes inevitable.

This depends less on time and more on willingness.

Those who engage honestly with the work, who are curious, open, and consistent, often experience meaningful shifts quickly. Resistance can slow the process, but it does not stop it.

There is no right or wrong timeline. Life is a classroom, and each person’s curriculum is uniquely designed.

What matters most is commitment to awareness, responsibility, and choice. From there, change unfolds naturally.

Love the villain and love the saint. They are both within you.
